I am not able to install 365 after over a month of trying. Is there a way to see if the activation tool is working?

    If you purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription or Office licence, log into your Microsoft account on this link, do you find your Microsoft Office licence or subscription listed there.

    Are you using Office on a Windows Pc or an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using Office on a Windows PC:

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your licence/subscription then recognized correctly.

    If you are using Office on an Apple Mac computer:

    At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
