I received my SAP access credentials today along with the temporary password. However, when attempting to log in to the SAP application, I am encountering an error and am unable to access the system
Since I have been asked to install SLC app by helpdesk team, but however I am unable to install the SLC application. The installation is stuck at "Downloading Pending" and is not progressing further.

I received my SAP access credentials today along with the temporary password. However, when attempting to log in to the SAP application, I am encountering an error and am unable to access the system.
As advised by the Help Desk team, I attempted to install the SLC application. However, I am unable to complete the installation through the Company Portal, as the status remains "Downloading Pending" and does not progress further.
Since the SLC application is required for SAP access, I am currently unable to proceed with the login process.
Kindly look into this issue and assist with resolving the SLC installation problem as well as the SAP access issue.
Please let me know if you require any additional information or screenshots of the errors
