A user is running into an issue with the Developer community website when trying to submit a support ticket. The user will show as being signed in but is still prompted to sign-in when on the report a problem page. When trying to sign-in the user gets the following error:

I've reviewed the users Entra sign-in logs and can see successful sign-in attempts to Developer community and Azure DevOps. I've already submitted a support ticket to Developer community who have advised this error is out of their scope and provided me link to this portal.

Any support regarding this issue, would be greatly appreciated.

Please can you try and open an InPrivate browsing window and sign into the account on this portal: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/home

I don't suspect it is a cache and cookie issue, but do want to rule it out. In addition to trying to open the link in an InPrivate browsing session, please can you answer the following questions:

When you open up the developer console, does it provide any error messages relating to you not being able to sign into the website?

Are they able to sign in with their personal Microsoft on the same browser session?

What browser are they using when accessing the developer community?
