Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please be advised that not all subscription cancellations will result in a refund.

Kindly check if your subscription is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

But since you mentioned that the subscription has been cancelled, you may confirm if your refund has been granted by signing in to account.microsoft.com > Order History > Select the date range when you purchased your Microsoft 365 subscription > confirm if the transaction details show as "Pending Refund," or "Refunded."

If you see that transaction status, this means that your refund has been accepted.

Usually, it will take 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends) to have the refunded amount reflect on your payment method where you have been charged for the subscription, depending on your bank.

You may also try contacting Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Select "Contact Support" > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
