Apple ADE / Enrollment Program Token Sync Failure - "DEP token decryption failed"

Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with our Apple Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP) token in Intune.
Environment
- Intune Tenant: Flavour Warehouse Ltd
- Apple Business Manager account:
******@flavourwarehousecouk.appleid.com - Enrollment Program Token name: Flavour Warehouse Ltd
- APNs Certificate Status: Active
- APNs Expiry: 07/08/2027
- ADE Token Expiry: 07/08/2027
Issue
The Enrollment Program Token shows:
- Status: Warning
- Last Sync Status: Failed
When attempting to renew the token using a freshly downloaded token from Apple Business Manager, Intune returns:
