Hi @Trent Hartwell

I understand that when you open Word documents, they open in a non-editable state and display a message indicating there's a subscription or activation issue. When attempting to activate Office, you receive error code 0x0, even though your Microsoft 365 subscription appears to be active.

To help investigate further, could you please provide the following information:

The version of Microsoft Word installed on your Mac: Open Word > Word menu > About Microsoft Word

Your macOS version: Apple menu > About This Mac

Please note that Microsoft currently supports Microsoft 365 Apps on macOS 12 (Monterey) or later, and the minimum supported Office version is 16.83 or later. If your macOS or Office version is below these requirements, activation and subscription-related issues may occur. You can read here for more details.

Once you provide the Word version and macOS version, I will help you with the next troubleshooting steps.
