Problem downloading and installing IOBit Software

Get email okay but can't complete due to conflict errors.

What exactly is a "conflict error"?

Can you share a screen image of the error? Did you search the internet for that message? (That's basically all that we would do.)

Could you please screenshot the error message and post it back?

In the meantime, click Start > Type Run and hit enter> Type %temp%, and delete the old files. Then, download a clean setup file directly from the IObit Official Website. Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator".
