So, this is a OneDrive issue, not an Outlook.com (the topic of this forum) issue, correct? Do you log into your computer using that work address? Windows or Mac? If Windows, open OneDrive's Settings, choose Account and unlink the account from OneDrive. You should then be able to link it up with whatever Microsoft account you wish to use. Note that if your Documents, Pictures, and Desktop folders are being synched through OneDrive, save that data before unlinking or you could lose it.

This is an issue only someone at your company can resolve if it's connected with a Microsoft 365 business tenant. In my opinion, it's never a good idea to use a personal address for work activity because the authentication can get confused.

But, again, where do you see an indication that you have storage allocated still? You must be able to log into an account in order to see that and if the account was deleted, you cannot log into it.

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

When you say it was deleted a long time ago, deleted from where? And if it was deleted, how do you know it still shows storage space? Details matter.
