excel certificate

Question

I achieved a Microsoft Office Excel Specialist certification. I no longer have the physical certificate and would like to get a digital copy of it because I believe the certificate as the certification ID on it as well. Is there any way to get a digital copy?

Have you tried emailing Microsoft for help?
Otherwise I'd try calling them.
When i have spoken to Microsoft previously they are very accommodating.
