USB not recognizing

This message always exists from right corner of laptop .

Try these steps in order:

1. Test the USB device in another USB port.
   • If possible, avoid a USB hub.
   • If the device works in another port, the original port may be the problem.
2. Restart the laptop.
   • This can restore a USB port that stopped responding.
3. Scan for hardware changes.
   • Press Start and open Run.
   • Type devmgmt.msc and select OK.
   • In Device Manager, select the computer name.
   • Select Action > Scan for hardware changes.
   • Check whether the USB device is detected.
4. Reinstall the USB controllers.
   • Open Device Manager.
   • Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers.
   • Right-click the first USB controller and select Uninstall.
   • Repeat for each USB controller listed.
   • Restart the laptop.
   • Windows will automatically reinstall the USB controllers.
5. If the problem happens after sleep or suspend:
   • Wait about 10 seconds after the laptop resumes before using the USB device.
   • Some USB storage devices can fail immediately after resume until they are reattached or the PC is restarted.
6. If the same USB device still shows “USB device not recognised” on this laptop, test that device on another computer.
   • If it fails there too, the USB device or cable may be faulty.

Note: uninstalling USB controllers is generally safe because Windows reinstalls them after restart, but keyboards, mice, and other USB devices may stop working temporarily until the restart completes.
