Outlook delay send

I can't move to the new outlook because it doesn't enable a delay send rule to be set for all out going email - this is a critical feature that is missing

It may be blocked by your Corporate IT. Try using a private/incognito browser and a personal Microsoft Account.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand that the ability to automatically delay all outgoing emails is an important safeguard for you and your colleagues, and that the absence of this feature is preventing your organization from moving to the new Outlook.

Although the new Outlook allows users to schedule individual messages, it currently does not provide the same rule-based functionality available in classic Outlook to automatically delay all outgoing emails. I understand that manually scheduling each message is not an equivalent solution.

To ensure that our product development team is aware of this requirement, I recommend submitting your suggestion through the Feedback Portal. This is the most effective channel for sharing feature requests directly with the relevant engineering team, who will review your feedback and assess it for possible future improvements.
