My HP computer was hacked and I could not access it. So, I had to reconstruct the computer anew and all data was lost. I subscribed to Microsoft 365 on March, 2026, for $106.61. The previous subscription, May 09, 2025-2026, was under another credit card number, which had expired. On, May 10, 2026, a recurring bill, for it, appeared on Santander Bank credit card. I have one Microsoft 365 Account, which will renew on March, 2027. I want to delete the $106.61, Microsoft 365 charge from my Santander Bank Credit card. The Santander Bank Representative is waiting, nearby, for your action.

    Hello Velda Yvette Wesley Thurman

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this after having to rebuild your computer.

Please note that this is a public community forum, so we cannot access your account, cancel the charge, or issue a refund from here.

Sign in to Microsoft Services & subscriptions using the Microsoft account that purchased the May 2025 subscription. Locate that older subscription and select Cancel subscription or Upgrade or Cancel. The cancellation process will indicate whether the May 10, 2026 renewal qualifies for a refund.

Please note that not all cancellations result in a refund, and eligibility is determined during that process.

Because the charge was made several months ago and you want to keep the separate subscription that renews in March 2027, please carefully verify the renewal date and payment method before cancelling anything.

If the older subscription is not displayed, check whether another Microsoft account was used when it was originally purchased.

If you cannot locate or cancel the older subscription, please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance:

    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need

    Have a nice day.
