My Microsoft AZ 900 Exam email linked to my IBM email was locked and I cannot cancel my exam.

Hi,

I cannot cancel my MS AZ 900 Azure Fundamentals exam coming up on 26. this month due to the fact that the MS outlook email address associated with my IBM professional address got locked by your automated system and there is no way for me to unlock it. Not even sure how it happened in the first place, but the password appears reset and I cannot access MS Partner Centers, Vue to view/cancel my exam date.

Not sure why I cannot even log in with my IBM email which is linked to that account to simply view/cancel appointments.

I find this extremely irritating and not very user friendly and would like to avoid incurring costs for the exam.
