i cant download anything because it comes up with (user control account) password,but i dont know what it is.how can i fix this please.

The password required on the UAC popup prompt is usually the administrator password used to log into the the PC.

Is that your own personal device and is your user account a full administrator on the PC and if so, did you make any changes to your account before this problem started to occur?

Click your Start Button, then just type netplwiz and press Enter.

Does that utility open or are you blocked by an administrator.
