Authenticator app login

I recently changed my phone and I no longer have access to my old Microsoft Authenticator setup.

I’m trying to log in to my school Microsoft account, but it asks me to approve the sign-in request in the Microsoft Authenticator app. The Authenticator app on my new phone does not have the account configured, so I cannot approve the request or generate a verification code. It’s like a loop.
