How to fix N/A error using RTD function?

I have been using RTD functions for a year now, and suddenly last week I was prompted with the question to update the data or not to update the data. Both of the answers lead to all of the data that is linked to the RTD function reading out N/A. The issue temporarily resolved itself for a day, but has returned and persisted through all the possible remedies I have tried. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Hello Rafael Santomenna

I can see that you are having the #N/A error when using RTD function

The #N/A error suggests that Excel is no longer receiving data from the external program or add-in that supplies the RTD feed. This may be related to the RTD provider rather than the workbook itself.

    Could you please confirm:

    • Which application or add-in provides the RTD data?
    • Is that application open, connected, and signed in before you open the workbook?
    • Does the issue affect all RTD workbooks or only this file?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?

This information will help us avoid repeating steps and determine whether the issue is with Excel, the workbook, or the RTD provider.

I hope to hear update form you soon.
