Hello. I sent an email but haven't heard back. It's been a while...

I tried to log in with my current company account, but...

Currently, all administrator accounts in the company's Microsoft 365 tenant (lawsaai.onmicrosoft.com) are set up with MFA text authentication, and

Due to a change in contact information, I am unable to receive text messages, so I am unable to log in to other accounts, including the administrator account.

Error Code: 500121 occurs, and access to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center is impossible because MFA authentication is not possible even with an administrator account.

Administrator MFA initialization or re-registration of the authentication method is required.

After verification, please let us know if support is available or call back

    @Turner Isla

    Since there are no other active administrators available to reset your MFA settings, this issue must be handled directly by Microsoft's dedicated Data Protection Team to verify your domain ownership and unlock the tenant.

    Find your local region's support number via the official Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support directory.
