I have a second-hand HP mt22 laptop with Windows 11 Pro, but Windows is not activated and shows error 0xC004F034. I don't have the product key because the seller and previous owner won't provide it.

I checked with PowerShell, but the original product key was blank. The laptop model is HP mt22, product number 3Q088PA#ABJ.

How can I find out if this laptop already has a genuine Windows license, and can I activate Windows without buying a new product key? What should I do?
