Sorry to know about this and the next thing that you can do is to reach out to the bank to block future transaction related to the subscription or replace your card as or if needed to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s.

If you have further queries with regards to your account and with the billing, you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you have a query for an account that is not yours.

May I check and confirm on what has happened?

Have you been billed for anything or have you lost access to your own account?

Use Microsoft Support contact flow to reach a live agent:

    1. Open Get Help.
    2. Type Chat with an agent or Live chat.
    3. Select Contact support.
    4. Choose the relevant Product and service.
    5. Follow the prompts to connect to a live agent, or choose the Call me back option if offered.

If this is about a Microsoft account sign-in problem, the sign-in helper can identify common issues first. If the account may be hacked or compromised, use the recovery tool, which can also route to an agent when appropriate.

For Teams Free, if the issue is that the wrong account is signed in, sign in with the correct work or school account instead of the personal Microsoft account.
