Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
ipaying for microsoft 365 through my google play and not microsoft. can i still combine. pay for microsoft 365 through google instead of microsoft. how do i combine.
Yes, you can pay for Microsoft 365 through Google Play. You do not need to buy another subscription directly from Microsoft just because Google handles the payment. Microsoft confirms that subscriptions bought through Google Play are billed and managed through Google Play.
If you mean you already have one subscription through Google Play and another directly through Microsoft, those billing subscriptions cannot simply be combined or transferred between providers. You would normally keep the one you want and cancel the other through the provider that billed you.
To help narrow down the issue:
- Are you currently being charged for two Microsoft 365 subscriptions, one by Google Play and one by Microsoft?
- When you sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services, what Microsoft 365 subscription does it show, and does it say it was purchased through Google Play?
