We can't create VNG

Hello,
I contact you because we have a subscription (data-test) with Azure Plan for DevTest and we only can create VNG with basic SKU but it's not working and we want to try to create a new one with VpnGw1AZ but with error all time.
Have we any limitation with our Azure plan? If not, why we can't create the VNG? All time the error reported is very general with temporal error but we tried for 3 weeks (so it's not so temporally issue)
We'll apreciate your help

Q: Do we have any limitations with our Azure Plan for DevTest subscription that prevent us from creating a VPN Gateway with the VpnGw1AZ SKU?
A: Based on Microsoft documentation, Azure Plan for DevTest does not restrict the creation of VpnGw1AZ or other supported VPN Gateway SKUs. The DevTest subscription primarily provides discounted pricing for development and testing workloads and does not limit VPN Gateway deployments to the Basic SKU only.
To investigate further, could you please provide the following information?
- Full error message from the failed deployment
- Correlation ID / Operation ID
- Azure region where you are attempting the deployment
- Timestamp of the most recent failure
- Screenshot** of the deployment **error
- Confirmation that the virtual network contains a properly configured GatewaySubnet
Once we have these details, we will be able to perform a deeper investigation and determine why the VpnGw1AZ gateway creation is failing.
