Subscription issue.

Hi,

I have bough Microsoft 365 upon purchasing my Mac Book Air computer in 2024 and have a key-product number. Yet, I am charge a monthly fee by Microsoft to use Office 365. How can I resolve this issue and avoid "double-invoicing"?

    There are a couple of widely reported problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment caused by the July 13 update
