Refreshing the agent state by adding a new disk should resolve this issue.
Try the following steps and let us know the status.
1.Add a blank disk in the VM to refresh the agent state
2.Restart VM (If possible)
3.Make sure agents are at the latest version
4.Trigger Backups again
