    Hi @Ron Vick,

I'd be happy to help. To better understand your situation, I'd like to clarify some points,

From your post, it sounds like you may be trying to cancel a Teams subscription but aren't sure which account or subscription it's associated with. If that's the case, how did you become aware of the Teams subscription? For example:

    • Are you seeing charges on a credit card or bank statement?
    • Have you previously signed in to Microsoft Teams with any personal, work, or school account?

As a starting point, could you try signing in at the following link with the account you believe might be related to Teams: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony

If you're able to sign in successfully, please navigate to Subscriptions in the left pane and let us know which subscriptions are listed there. If you encounter any error during sign-in, please share the exact error message or a screenshot (with any sensitive information removed).

In the meantime, since your post is tagged under Microsoft Teams for business, if the subscription is Teams Essentials or part of another Microsoft 365 business subscription, you can review the following article on how to cancel it: Cancel a Microsoft subscription in the Microsoft 365 admin center

Have you had a chance to review those steps? If so, were you able to follow them, or are you getting stuck at a particular step?

Please feel free to reply with additional details in a comment below. I'll receive a notification and will be happy to continue assisting you.

    Looking forward to your reply!
