Dear Microsoft Support Team,

Hello, I recently attended a Microsoft event and received an email stating that I would be eligible for a discount on the exam fee.

However, when I tried to register for the exam using the same email address that I used to register for the event, the discount was not applied to my account.

Could you please let me know if there is a way to receive or apply the discount code for the exam?

The discount is applied to the Microsoft Learn profile for the email address used to register for the event. The discount is automatically applied at the final stage of checkout. The voucher will be applied five business days after the event.
