    Hi,

Microsoft Q&A is a user-to-user forum, and we do not have access to users' accounts. Microsoft account recovery is also a fully automated process.

In this situation, the only way to recover the account is by using the Microsoft account recovery form. For the link and instructions, please refer to Step 3 in the article below:

Help with the Microsoft account recovery form:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

You can submit the recovery form up to twice within a 24-hour period. If your first attempt is unsuccessful, you can try again and provide any additional information you remember that may help verify your account ownership.

If the recovery form continues to fail, unfortunately, there is no alternative recovery method available, and the account may not be recoverable.

Microsoft does not restore access based only on signs like a password change, family changes, or a different IP address. Account recovery is designed to verify ownership through the official recovery process, and support agents are not allowed to reset passwords or change account details on behalf of the account owner.

    What is supported:

    1. Use the Sign-in Helper if the password stopped working, the account says it does not exist, or the sign-in details are no longer recognized.
    2. If the account was compromised, first run a full malware or antivirus scan on the PC before changing or resetting the password.
    3. If sign-in still fails, use the Microsoft account recovery form and provide as much exact information as possible. Microsoft states that more detail improves the chance of recovery, including old passwords, contacts, exact email subject lines, Skype details, Xbox console details, and other account history.
    4. If two-step verification was turned on and there is no access to any alternate verification methods, Microsoft states that support cannot help recover the account.
    5. If the username is no longer recognized or the message says the account does not exist, use the Sign-in Helper tool. If the username has stopped working, there is also a support contact path in that flow.
    6. If an unusual sign-in alert was received and access is still possible, go to Security basics and review recent activity, mark suspicious activity with This wasn't me or Secure your account, then change the password.

If recovery attempts have already failed, the next supported step is to submit the recovery form again with more exact historical details. Microsoft reviews those answers and responds within 24 hours.
