I'm being asked to pay a subscription that I've had for 10 years, but I don't think I've ever used the account ... refund?

    Hi,

When you sign in to your account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Can you find the subscription that you were charged for?

If yes, select the subscription > Manage > Cancel.

After cancellation, if you are eligible for a refund, the refund option and instructions will be shown to you. Please note that once the refund is approved, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your payment method.

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.
