I have an HP laptop Model: 15-dy2042nr. It keeps booting up to the Bitlocker Screen. I have the Recovery code but this time the keyboard will not type letters only numbers, therefore I cannot type in the recovery code.

On HP Laptops, press Fn + Numlock or Shift + Numlock.
On some models it's Fn + Esc.
This should allow you to type normally.
