Clearing block access from MSN comment section

To whom it may concern,

Have been blocked for unknown reason by the MSN commenting section. It initially stated the block was for 72 hours but has been much longer. It then stated the following "Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name."

So, what does undefine mean? Normal edit does not work since undefined can mean anything.

Thank you.

The message indicates MSN’s moderation system is blocking commenting based on the profile name, but there is no published definition in the available guidance for what “undefined” means in that error text.

    Supported actions:

    1. Check whether the profile name may violate MSN naming guidance.
      • Avoid special characters.
      • Avoid duplicate or already-used names.
      • Check for typos or unusual formatting.
    2. Change the profile name to a simple, plain name and save it.
      • Use letters and numbers only.
      • Avoid symbols or decorative characters.
    3. If the block remains after editing, use MSN’s feedback path on an MSN page.
      • Open an MSN page with comments.
      • Select Feedback at the bottom right.
      • Report that the block lasted longer than 72 hours and that the error says: “Your profile name doesn't meet our undefined. To reinstate your commenting ability, edit your profile name.”
      • Include the profile name format being used and whether the edit was already attempted.
    4. If the restriction is tied to the Microsoft account itself, use the Microsoft account unblock flow.
      • Start with Sign-in Helper.
      • If that does not resolve it, use the Microsoft account sign-in recovery guidance.

MSN comment restrictions and moderation decisions are handled by MSN systems, and the documented escalation path for comment blocking is the MSN Feedback option.
