App missing from Microsoft Store Library

Question

Sketchbook Pro is listed in my Order History, but it is missing from my Library in Microsoft Store. I need to re-download the software because I lost it in a system hard crash.

If the purchase appears in Order history but not in Library, use these checks in order:

1. Sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to buy Sketchbook Pro, then verify the purchase is still listed in Order history.
2. Open Microsoft Store > Library > My Library and look for the app there. Apps with a Download icon have not been installed yet.
3. If it still does not appear, select the product from Order history. If Install is available there, select it. If selecting the product opens its Store page and the button shows Install, select that to download it.
4. Reset the Microsoft Store cache:
   • Press Windows key + R
   • Type wsreset.exe
   • Select OK
   • Wait for the blank command window to close and for Microsoft Store to reopen automatically
5. Restart the PC if Windows was recently updated.
6. Check these common reasons an app can be missing from Library or unavailable to install:
   • The app is no longer available in Microsoft Store
   • The app is not available in the current country or region
   • Family settings are hiding the app
   • The app is not compatible with the device
   • The PC is not authorized for Microsoft Store apps; sign in with the Microsoft account and check device association
7. If the app was previously installed and needs reinstalling, in Microsoft Store select Library, find the app, and select Install.
