I would like to chat with a live agent. I have lost folders from my Outlook email system and cannot retrieve them. I called Apple support but they said I would need to contact microsoft support. I've been trying to do that for several days but do not seem to be able to get through. I hope you can help me

Hi. I'm Brian and I'll try to help.

Keep in mind that these are user-to-user forums. We're users like you trying to help each other. Most of us do not work for Microsoft. No one here can call you.

This forum is dedicated to accessing a Microsoft mailbox using a web browser accessing https://outlook.live.com/. Apple has nothing to do with that. It's software and hardware independent. Is that what you're using? Your address should end in a Microsoft domain like @outlook.com, @live.com, @msn.com or @hotmail.com. Does it? If not, who is your mail provider - that is, what follows the @ in your address - and what app do you use to access your mailbox? If you do not use a web browser, log into your mailbox using a web browser and see if the mail is available then. Is it?

Details matter. Give a complete account of what you are doing and what happens when you do it. If you get an error, include it here exactly as it appears on your screen, with the exception of masking your email address if it is contained in the error.
