Microsoft 365 will not work

Question

My MS Word documents and PowerPoint presentations will not open on my pc.

I have reinstalled MS 365 and still have the problem

I have gone to the MS 365 app and clicked modify it to be repaired

Still will not open.

Ant solutions?

With all due respect, one might think that paying for your subscription and installing the software should be sufficient to allow you to use the apps. But no ... your last step is to activate your software, which is easy to do.

Open any Microsoft 365 app - let's say Word. In Word, go to File > Account > User Information (in the top left corner). Sign in with the username and password of the Microsoft account that paid for your subscription. Your subscription is now activated. ((;-)
