Now everything is clear. And unfortunately, none of this is good...

The fact is that MAK (so-called multiple activation keys) are legally used only in enterprises and organizations to activate operating systems obtained under corporate licensing. Such licenses are not sold to private individuals (home users), and the use of MAK is prohibited. Unfortunately, you were deceived by the seller. He didn't sell a license, but a stolen corporate key. When changing the motherboard, the activation services determined the illegality of this key and it was blocked.. To solve the problem in this case, you need to purchase a license from a reliable seller or directly from Microsoft (for example, here) and perform a clean installation with activation with a genuine key from the purchase package. This is the only legal option.

Additionally, I recommend that you provide information about the seller of the stolen keys and the details of the purchase by filling out the form on the page https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/howtotell/cfr/report

    Hello, Mohamed Ezzat.

Please specify how you obtained the license for this copy of the OS (as a full standalone BOX/ESD; as an OEM preinstalled; as an upgrade from Home to Pro from the MicrosoftStore)?
