Hi, I am trying to help a friend who is having an issue using the Authenticator app. When they go to scan the QR code, they receive this error:
"Note
Tap here to see the text in Notes.
Contents: otpauth://totp/" (the institutions name is after the last slash, but removed it)
Not sure how to proceed or what the error could be. Any help would be great.
