it should be

this problem has been denying us gaining access to the computer , please help

    Thank you for that information, in this case, if there is no other user account created on the PC, the only option will be to reset Windows and setup the PC again.

    Click the power icon on the Login screen.

    Press the Shift Key and click Restart

    Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment

    Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

    Choose to keep nothing

    Then start the Reset

    This is a new PC ,and we entered the incorrect email address , and no ether user account was created.

    Please provide some more information on this problem, is this a new PC and is that the initial Microsoft account used to setup the user profile on the PC, and was the incorrect Email address used when setting up the user account, and also is there no other user account created on the PC that is a full administrator account on the PC.
