An email from Microsoft says my device cannot run MacOS 12 . I am running IoS 12.7.6 (Monterey) but still unable to use any Microsoft apps, in spite of the fact that Microsoft says MacOS12 is required to run 365 apps.

How can I get Microsoft to recognise I have the required operating system?

MacOS and iOS are different versions; iOS is for iPhone and iPad.

    Have a look at:

    ...

Prior to updating your Office apps, you need to ensure that you are running macOS 12 (Monterey) or later on your Mac, or iOS 17 or later on your iPad/iPhone.
