Try reinstalling the USB drivers or update them.

If issue still persists, try running the Hardware and Device troubleshooter using msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic command.

Let us know if this helps!

    Hi! Let me help you.

This error means your computer detected something plugged into a USB port, but couldn't properly connect to it, kind of like it tried to say "hello" and never got a reply back. It usually points to one of a few things: a faulty device, a bad or worn-out cable, not enough power reaching the device, outdated USB drivers, or occasionally just a glitchy port.

The easiest fix is to unplug it, wait a few seconds, and plug it into a different USB port. If that doesn't work, try a different cable, or test the device on another computer to see if the problem follows it. If it still won't work, your drivers might need a refresh; you can do this by opening Device Manager, finding "Universal Serial Bus controllers," uninstalling those drivers, and restarting your computer so Windows reinstalls them fresh.

If this happens with every device you plug into that port, the port itself is probably the issue. If it only happens with one device, that device or its cable is likely what's broken.
