Hi, @Letoto Tilo
AirPods can sometimes have trouble connecting to Windows if they are already connected to another nearby device or if Windows has an old Bluetooth pairing saved.
If you haven't tried anything yet, please try this first:
- Temporarily turn off Bluetooth on any iPhone, iPad, or other device the AirPods normally connect to.
- On the laptop, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
- Find the AirPods, select the three dots, then choose Remove device.
- Put the AirPods back in their case, then put them into pairing mode.
- In Windows, select Add device > Bluetooth and pair the AirPods again.
If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:
- Do the AirPods appear in the Bluetooth device list, and what happens when you select Connect?
- Can the AirPods connect normally to your phone or another device?
- Do other Bluetooth devices connect normally to this laptop?
