"Hi! I just finished my Spotify Premium punch card on my PC. The site is forcing me to verify using the Bing App on a phone, but I do not own a smartphone or an iPad. Could you please manually verify my account and send my Spotify code to my email? Thank you!"

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

If you are using a web browser on a PC or mobile device to redeem your rewards, you may need to verify your account. Microsoft recently introduced QR code verification for Microsoft Rewards redemptions to improve security. Like an alternate way of verifying your identity instead of a text message.

In this case, you will need a smartphone with the Bing app installed and a QR code scanner. Use the QR code scanner on your mobile device to scan the code, and you will be directed to the Bing app to complete the verification.

If you don't own a smartphone, do you see the option "Verify with your phone - Mobile fees may apply" as shown in the screenshot here?

Select that option and click 'Next'.

The code will be sent to your Phone number for the verification.
