i submitted a request to Bing on 1st august. I received a CRM but have had no update. Normally it takes about 5 days. is there a delay in the system ?

Hi,

Please check the email address connected to your Bing Web master. Check every folder you have, and also check the submission in the content removal tool for the status.

If you do not receive an email or any update on the status, I suggest sending a support request to follow up on your Content removal request.

Hi i got confirmation that they had received my request - I have a CRM number. hence they have the right email address for me. The page/content is still up - even though they have removed it about 5 times since 2019. thanks . I am just surprised - previously this all got done in about 5-7 days , now nothing has happened in 20 days.

Many thanks... appreciate can take time - but usually its much quicker. You can't email ..only way to get in touch is to resubmit a new submission - this just clogs up the system. Its a poor system. there should be someway of checking status or where you are in the queue. People can feel quite powerless & there is a solution.
