Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Hello @Callquest for Care,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Do you remember purchasing or signing up for any Microsoft subscription using the company’s payment details? Microsoft would normally send subscription or billing information to the email address associated with the purchase, so please check the company’s email accounts, including the Inbox and Junk Email folders, for previous Microsoft billing messages.
If the charge relates to a Microsoft 365 business subscription purchased directly from Microsoft, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using a Global Administrator or Billing Administrator account, and then follow these steps:
- Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- Select the appropriate billing account if more than one is listed.
- Adjust the date range to locate the relevant annual charges.
- Select an invoice, then choose Download > Download invoice to obtain a PDF copy for your accounting or tax records.
You should also check Billing > Your products to identify any active subscription associated with the company and review its recurring billing status. If the subscription is active, you can select it and review the available recurring billing options.
For security and privacy, please do not post bank details, card numbers, account credentials, or other personal information in this public forum.
Thank you again for your time and understanding. I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.
