password forgotten

Set up a new email address and do not have the password for it. How to recover the password, I have followed all the Microsoft ways but they keep saying there isnt enough information to recover it.

    Hi,

    May I ask where you set up your account? Usually, if you sign up for a new MS account or a new Outlook.com email account, it should ask you to create a password.

    If you create a new Outlook.com account under your MS account info page, please use the same password as your Microsoft Account.
