A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
Hi,
This issue is usually caused by incorrect OneDrive permissions, an account mismatch, or an expired sharing link.
Please first make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was granted access to the shared folder. If you have multiple Microsoft accounts, sign out and try again with the correct one.
If the issue continues, ask the folder owner to remove your access and share the folder with you again:
OneDrive web → select the folder → Manage access → remove your account → add your account again.
You can also ask the owner to create a new sharing link and test it.
If only this specific shared folder has the problem, the permission on that folder is likely corrupted and recreating the share usually fixes it.
