Disabled Word

Question

I have a problem on my word document... It is requesting for another payment when I already my payment. On 08/04/2026 I made a payment of $14.83... Why I am not enjoying my service that I paid for... My emails address are: ******@gmail.com and ******@gmail.com

You list two Email addresses, log into your Microsoft account on this link using each of your Email addresses, do you find your Microsoft 365 subscription listed on either of the Microsoft accounts and if so, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If you find your Microsoft 365 subscription on either of your accounts,

Open Word.

At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, ensuring you are using the correct Microsoft account, is your subscription then recognized correctly.
