Microsoft Startup Program expired without notice

Question

I had signed up for Microsoft Startup Program and received initial $1000 in azure account. Then earlier this month, I applied to unlock further $5000 and been waiting for application review and approval, but there had been no communication. Now the credits have expired and there is no way to contact the program support.

Top of the page says

This account can't be used for Microsoft for Startups credits
Sign in with an eligible Microsoft account to access this offer.

This is the same account I had signed up from.
There are no options to contact or open a support ticket with appropriate details.
tried Home > Help + support > New support request but not able to find right options to open a ticket.

Any suggestions on how to contact Support?
I am in a complete soup now, just before going out to Customers.
