Authenticator Loop, need to reset Authenticator

Question

To start, i am using passwordless sign on and have been using my authenticator.

My phone was wiped after needing a repair to the device. After it was wiped, i needed to set up Microsoft authenticator again. Since then it has been a real show of trying to get logged into my device.

I try to sign in and it doesnt say i can use my phone number saying : this

I can do through an email no problem, but then it asks for a second form of identification i get stuck. So i am fricken helplessly caught in a loop because for god knows what reason i cannot get a text message. This has been going on for days now.

Once i get code 1 to my email, it asks for code 2, and it just sends me in this loop of limbo as im fricken locked out.

Is there a contact number for an actual live agent to talk with? That way they can just add a secondary back up email so i can unlock my account??

Obviously speaking, this account for this question was made so i can recover my main account.
