Cannot retrieve account

I have a game pass subscription constantly billing me on an account that I have failed to recover multiple times using the account recovery form. Is there another way to recover the account or stop the subscription?

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you encountered an account issue that has a subscription on it.

    For this, it will be best to have your card replaced or have your bank block future related transaction for the subscription for it not be billed anymore since you will not be able to remove the payment method on your account as it is not accessible from your end.
