Need help with authenticater, security info replacement cancelation, sms not being received, bit locker

Question

So i know i F up majorly, but here's my situation.

I can't open my laptop because the drive with windows is bitlocked. I can't get the recovery key because i accidentally started the security replacement process, which i can't cancel because i can't and haven't added that account (which is very much my account) in my authenticator. I've tried the sms verification code, but microsoft won't send me any code.

It's urgent, i have deadlines by next week. Someone please help me. I'd be extremely thankful
