If Facebook just spins in Edge, first determine whether the problem is Facebook itself, the network, or Edge:

1. Try opening Facebook in another browser.
   • If it also fails there, the issue is likely the site or the network, not Edge.
2. Restart the modem and router.
3. Restart the PC.
4. In Edge, make sure the browser is up to date:
   • Settings and more > Settings > About Microsoft Edge
5. Clear cached data:
   • Settings and more > History > Open history page > Delete browsing data
   • Set Time range to All time
   • Select Browsing history and Cached images and files
   • Select Clear now
6. If the problem continues, clear all browsing data:
   • Settings and more > History > Open history page > Delete browsing data
   • Set Time range to All time
   • Select all boxes, then select Clear now
7. If Edge opens but specific sites still do not work, repair Edge:
   • Close Edge
   • Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed apps
   • Select Microsoft Edge > Modify > Yes > Repair
   • Browser data and settings should not be affected
