    Hello,

Since you are using Outlook.com on the web, this is most likely a browser or message-rendering issue.

First, open one of the blank emails and click Reply or Forward. If the content appears there, the email itself is intact and the problem is with how Outlook.com is displaying that message.

Then sign out of Outlook.com, clear your browser cache, close the browser completely, and sign in again. Also test Outlook.com in another up-to-date browser such as Edge or Chrome. Microsoft notes that browser extensions/ad blockers can interfere with Outlook.com, so temporarily disable them as well.

    Microsoft guidance:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/supported-browsers-for-outlook-on-the-web-and-outlook-com

If this only happens with emails from one particular sender, the sender’s email formatting/template is likely the cause. If all emails remain blank in multiple browsers, please let us know

If this is Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, check these first:

    1. Check whether the message is actually blank only in the reading view.
      • Open the same message and select Reply or Forward.
      • If the content appears there, the message was delivered but is not rendering correctly in the original view.
    2. Test in another Outlook experience.
      • Open the same message in Outlook on the web and, if available, another Outlook client.
      • If the issue happens across multiple users or in both web and desktop, the message format from the sender is the likely cause.
    3. Check whether the problem is limited to one sender or domain.
      • If only messages from one platform or sender are blank, the sender’s email template or formatting may be incompatible with Outlook rendering.
    4. If images or message body elements are missing in classic Outlook, this can also be a display/rendering issue rather than a delivery issue.
    5. If the message is expected in the Inbox but not visible as expected, also check:
      • Junk Email folder and settings
      • Other tab
      • Filter > Sort > Date
      • Email forwarding settings
      • Mail rules that may be affecting what is shown

If the content appears only when replying or forwarding, the supported guidance points to a rendering problem with the original message body, commonly caused by the sender’s formatting or template rather than mail delivery.
